My complaint:
I made several purchases on oct 24th and 25th. I thought this money was play money coming out of what I had made on the game, the same way you use the play money on the part of the game called quest. I explained that those were all accidental and I wanted a refund and they denied me… As did google play.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money for both days
