A COPY OF MY EMAIL TO THE GM OF THE HOTEL AND HE STILL HAVE YEST TO RESPOND OR GIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK…..

I was a customer on 410-414 at your hotel and from the moment I called to inquire on how I was charged for my room at 12:12 pm without even checking in and asked about early check in which I was told that you all did not offer early check in and that was your policy to charge me before 4pm without me physically checking into your hotel. I arrived at 2:50 pm since i was told at 12:23pm I could not check in until 3pm the person at the desk which wouldn’t give her name was very hostile and rude with me because I had too many question on why there were no rooms available at 3pm and I could not check in and I had to wait another 30 mins. I watched people come in after me without reservations and with reservations get rooms. So I approached the counter again at 3:40pm to inquire about the people that did not have reservations and walked in and received a room she them got loud with me and said Just because you have a reservation you are not guaranteed a room this is an airport hotel I then asked for a manager and they claimed there was not one available. Needless to say after the tall african american woman clocked out and left is when I was finally able to get a room around 5pm the young man Christopher and lady Marshawn I believe was her name. Continued to apologize for the way I had been treated for the past 2 hours. I was charged a $75 room deposit and $11a day for parking. I still have not received my deposit back to date 4202022. There were no towels available on any day we stayed other then what was in the room, we had to go to the desk everyday to get our keys reprogrammed, we had no water pressure in our shower and very low water pressure in the sink, when I tried to call down to the front desk our room phone did not work, after going to the front desk we were told someone would come up and never came. We had to calk the front desk every evening to get into the parking lot because again out keys would not work. On day 2 the elevators went out and we had to walk 6 flight of stairs numerous times throughout the day. I was shot twice 8 months ago and I have nerve damage in my leg and foot and asked to be on the 1st or 2nd floor, i was told no rooms were available and I should have asked for an accessible room when I made my reservation. I have attached a picture of the humongous roach that my fiance killed in our room when I spoke to the front desk I was told sorry and I could not have another room because none were available. I spent well over $400 for our stay at this hotel and to receive the service that we did was ridiculous. I am from Chicago and was in town Sun-Thurs for job interviews and looking at houses to relocate to Georgia. I thank god that I did not allow this experience with this hotel to taint my thoughts on relocating here. Overall I met a lot of great people and had beautiful experiences outside of this hotel in Georgia. I am trying to retrieve a refund for the horrible services I received. I have spoken with my banking institution which advised me to reach out to you’ll for a resolution before they open a fraud claim in retrieving a refund. I have also spoken with hotels.com who also advised me to reach out to you’ll before they help. I am very upset and still in pain from my stay at your hotel. I hope that the services and the way you’ll do business will change because some of the employees working there should not be working with the public or in the customer service industry. I have been in Security management and law enforcement for 22 years and I would never allow any of my employees to treat customers or the public this way ever without being reprimanded for such behavior. Suggested solution:

I would like a refund and I am still waiting on my deposit that I had to pay and still have not received 10 days after my stay.
