My complaint:
Dear City Furniture,
I am extremely disappointed in the services I’ve received from your company. I purchased a costly dresser in 2021 from your company and since the date of purchase it has required repair five times. Each time the repair person makes the dresser worst. The dresser is now nonfunctional and the money I’ve spent to purchase it is gone. I initially went to city furniture because of your claim of quality products and your claim to stand behind your product with warranty. However instead of replacing the defective item City Furniture continues to send repair persons who have only made matters worse. This is unfair as I am a hard-working individual who has done my diligence and simply want the matter resolved. I need this nonfunctional dresser replaced.
