My complaint:

I scheduled an appointment for a repair on a gas stove on July 23rd and was given an appt. on July 26th, at which time no one came to repair. I took the day off from work for this appointment. I called the number given to me to find out what happened and called several times and was repeatedly told because of the high demand I had to call back. This is now July 27th, and I am still trying to get information on my service appointment.

I have made 6 calls to various numbers:
510-399-0014,
1-855-256-2464
800-778-8000
561-322-4510
800-432-1033.

All have referred me to 510-399-0014, which is Nana Services, which messages that they are overloaded with cals and to leave your number and they will call you back. I have left my cell phone number and land line number and never revceived a call back. today I have spent approx. 3 hours calling these numbers and am disgusted. I have spent approx. $600 on a service that I cannot use. Maybe it is time to report this problem to a higher government authority.
