My complaint:
I was a former employee at Chili’s and i hosted for a month and 2 out of 4 managers treated me unfairly and wrong and also discriminated against me because i was the only black host. My behavior wasn’t as my manager Vince would make me out to be i was their hardest worker and always showed up on time and i also have a learning disability and wasn’t understanding everything fully and he would talk to me like i worked there a whole year he’s a horrible resource manager i got the whole no hug rule but i didn’t know you couldn’t say certain things but all of the employees in there would talk bad about each other from the employees to the managers but i was always the scapegoat and the black sheep of all employees me and my host i was working with had a misunderstanding and she is my friend but he took it as i wanted to hurt her when it wasn’t that case both managers there made me feel bad and guilty and then decided to fire me from my job without hearing my side of the story so i was shutted out Vince B doesn’t deserve to be a GM when all of the employees in there can say and do what they want without getting fired or anything i was always picked on and targeted for no reason i was still new and Vince never took his time and patience with me I am hurt because this is the same man that claimed to like me but have favoritism in the restaurant I was their best employee despite of my learning disability and a Hardworker and i deserve my job back
