My complaint:
My grandson n I visited Chili’s on mall drive on Sunday. September 10. 2023. We were seated. We sat at our booth for 20 minutes for our server to take our drink order (they were not busy by the way) We ordered diet coke and water. It took her 20 minutes to bring our drinks to our table. She left and 30 minutes later she came back to take our good order. He got the Crispy Chicken Tenders with fries and corn on the cob. I ordered the Trio Fajitas. We waited and waited. We were getting up to leave and pay for the diet coke and they brought our food ( one hour and 10 minutes) They didn’t bring his corn on the cob…we told them and it took 15 minutes to get it. The steak that came with my meal was so tough I couldn’t eat it…I finally got the servers attention and told her…she said she was sorry but didn’t offer to send it back. We got one refill and it took 20 minutes to get it. My bill was over $43.00. This has never happened to us at Chili’s before. The service and food has always been great! We will not be going back any way soon. I’m reminding you again they were NOT busy.
Suggested solution:
They should reimburse us for our meal and send us a gift card.
