My complaint:
Received goods from chi chi London x 2 items not needed therefore returned as per their policy and sent within time limit. Sent via royal mail and return request received by chi chi London. However items returned to myself via royal mail stating ‘addressee gone away’. I’ve since learnt company gone into administration, how do I now return goods?

Emailed chi chi London but no response and no longer able to contact via website. I need to know where to send items for my refund
I have the exact same issue, sent a return on 19/09/23 and have just received it back with the same Royal Mail sticker on. No idea how to get my money back
