My complaint:


We were travelling from Milan to Dublin on 16th of September. A Few days before flight I was trying to do my check in online i can’t do that because the website didn’t let to check in second passenger it was me I couldn’t insert my Id details. We went to airport in airport they were trying to do check in from different phones, but nothing. And after that they said that we have to pay 55euro each for check in at the desk. I was trying few days before flight to do check in but I wasn’t able because the Ryanair sistem didn’t worked correctly.
