My complaint:
Just after my dad passed away the funeral home had stuffed up on the information about him 56 times we have told them that he passed away on the 19092019 but they had put 18092019 his birth year is 1968 they have put 1969 we have contacted the funeral home directly and had told them many times that correct information about my dad and they still haven’t changed it and they won’t listen to us I’m not very happy with them and I’m so angry that they won’t listen and they refuse to change it this has happen so many times and my siblings and I are very angry.
Suggested solution:
I want them to change it to the correct information and not stuff up on any other peoples information I want them to apologise to all of us and want them to have better service and actually listen to family of my dad.
