My complaint:
Apple charged me for subscription of $128 for a subscription that I don’t use. I told them that it was not me to authorize the purchase and I said it was fraud. They told me to follow a refund request I was denied twice from Apple then they told me to contact my bank to dispute it. I contacted cash app and described everything what happened uploaded proof and they denied my dispute. I requested a supervisor they denied me that said that they’re going to tell me the same thing Even though I requested a supervisor they denied me that privilege and I resubmitted my dispute. They canceled it again and denied it and they took my $128 and won’t give it back.
Suggested solution:
I want my $128 back
