Cash App complaint: Support team Stopped responding after providing requested information

My complaint:

Hello,
My mom sent me $220 on 06142022. Have received money using Cash App few times with no problem. This time I lost my debit card details and couldn’t verify my identity to allow access into my account to receive cash and do cash out. Contacted support ly and were in touch with me for two days initially to help me understand steps that need to be taken. I was told to give all my information, create brand new account, give them my old as well as new email addressphone number associated with the account, cashtags of both old and new account, last three digits of my checking account number. So basically everything was followed as advised by support. Once everything was submitted Cash App support stopped responding me as of 06172022 and also my old cashtag has been deleted or doesn’t exist no more. So basically my money is stuck in that cashtag.

Suggested solution:

I would need Cash App to either send money to my new cash tag or money be returned to my mom, the sender.
I have sent a letter to USPS with ation of receipt as they have received my current situation and am no longer being responded back. I spent almost $8 to do this.
I have informed them that I will take legal action if they try to take my money and scam me because of any technical glitches.

You need to take legal action against the scammers that masqueraded as Cash App Support and tricked you into giving them all your personal information.

Cash App Support would NEVER ask you to provide your personal information such as your checking account numbers.

Cash App did not steal your money…
