Cash App complaint: FraudHacked

My complaint:

On March 17, 2021. I received a text message from cashapp stating I had unlinked my phone number from my cashapp account. I immediately go my cashapp app and when I open it I’m completely logged out and have no way of logging back in because my email and phone number had been unlinked. I immediately began emailing cashapp support to notify them that my account had just been hacked! After not receiving an email back after a while I think “maybe the reply is in my spam” . I go to check my spam emails and see each transaction. The hacker first started by getting bitcoins and then started taking $20.00 and $30.00 amounts totaling in $479. What’s unbelievable is the “oh well” attitude cashapp has in their terms. You literally use this app at your own risk. This apps allows you to receive and send very large amounts of money, income taxes, stimulus checks and etc with no guarantee of security protection. If you’re going to deem yourself not liable for fraud at LEAST provide better security for your customers hard earned money. It’s mind blowing how cashapp sits and watches scammers TAKE from our “personal” accounts and do absolutely NOTHING! I wouldn’t be surprised if cashapp themselves weren’t the scammers . We will never know and we will never see that money again. I would not recommend cashapp to anyone whatsoever. we all joined cashapp thrilled that we could sendreceive money to family and friends so conveniently and easily but none of us signed up to go through horrible feeling of being robbed so blindly with no help from cashapp who should be held responsible. I had a PIN number and Face ID to send and receive funds and was still hacked .

Suggested solution:

Refund me $479 back and remove my account completely. They were unauthorized transactions and now someone has kicked me out of my own cashapp and is using it as their own. I can’t see anything to dispute them because I’m logged out . All I have is email notifications.
