Cash App complaint: Customer service cost me rather than helped me

My complaint:

Called cash app customer service due to my card deactivating while I was trying to take money out of ATM.After waiting an unacceptable amount of time for customer service, than them putting me on hold even longer, and had me Stop what I was doing interrupting my life again to run around to the ATM again to take pictures for proof of my error. As if I was lying. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me he could not help me in any further and there would be no Compensation for my inconveniences, the money that it cost me due to the deactivation of my card, the time and energy I had to waste, and the customer service representatives not helping me, Rather made my situation worse and cost me time and money and aggravation. even after I told them it was an emergency that I needed that money ASAP. Maxwell Wouldn’t give me a number to a higher manager or a number or name of his department. He only gave his name not his employee ID number, nothing more. After not giving me any further information and told me he could no longer help me. This is unacceptable for a company of any kind and if nothing is done about this I will go further.

Suggested solution:

The customer service representative Should absolutely be reprimanded and retrain on how to be a customer service representative. Maxwell the manager should 100% be removed from his position
