My complaint:

Hello, I would like to complain about cash app and how their termsconditions are very unfair. For reasons they won’t disclose to me, cash app decided to close my account indefinitely, without giving me a suitable response as to why. I use the app for their p2p cash services, and I also use their services to purchase small amounts of BTC, and transfer the BTC other wallets. All they state is that I am in violation of their termsconditions and they won’t give me specific reasons as to why they closed my account. I don’t see why they would close my account, I didn’t do anything out of the normal for them to do that, it was a routine transaction that they approved dozens of times, and now, without given reason, they indefinitely close my account. Makes no sense.

Suggested solution:

They should definitely re open my account, and make sure it doesn’t happen again, and give me reasons as to why my account was closed to begin with.
