My complaint:
Cash app closed my account “indefinitely “ with no explanation at all and stated that it was connected to activity that goes against their terms and conditions. I barely use the app and wrote and informed them to show me evident of the activity but they did not nor did they even write me back. Worst customer service ever! I would like to know why my account was closed.
Suggested solution:
Provide me an explanation of why my account was closed.
