Cash App complaint: Cashapp Won’t Return My Money Or Messages- Fraudulent Charges

My complaint:

I reported to Cashapp a fraudulent payment or withdrawal on my cash card almost immediately after it posted. Below is the description of the events I sent them-

I am a business owner and some weeks I often use my cashapp card, paying employees, compensations, etc. On Friday I arrive home to see that my cashapp was extremely depleted from the balance I had just put on the card, I was going to place an order for some supplies so I had just recently replenished the card balance. I check to see what caused my balance to drop so much and see that there was a cash withdrawal at an ATM. I see that the incident happened about two hours prior so I then quickly check to see if someone had taken my card. When I check my wallet I find that my card was not misplaced and realized I mustve been scammed though I do not understand how they got my pin. I report the transaction to cashapp support. When im checking my email to see for a cashapp ation or reply I realize that the individual in question even requested to know my balance before he acted fraudulently! I should have gotten some type of notification, but did not. Anyways the cashapp transaction came from a City National Bank in Florida according to the transaction record. Perhaps the atm has a camera? The last placed I remember putting my pin before the incident was at a walmart in Orlando, FL while visiting my girlfriend. I am from Miami, FL.

I DID EVERYTHING CASHAPP REQUESTED!
They only followed up with me once , only to say to provide more details.. ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND NO RESPONSE since then. When I message them, THEY DO NOT REPLY! I can not get in contact with them over the phone either. Let the record reflect that I have made numerous attempts to reach them with no response. They ignore my messages and are holding a payment that is in my right to receive, therefore acting just as fraudulent as those that scammed me. They have additionally added to emotional distress at this time and have exhausted hours of my day to no avail!

Go put your money somewhere else, Cashapp operated with Square does not care about their customers. There are plenty of better options. Today it was me, tomorrow it could be you. Someone could take all your money out of your account and they will do nothing.. think about that. You have been warned.

Respond to my messages, my dispute, and give me the money that belongs to me back
