My complaint:

I am sending this complaint because cash app should have better ways to locate scammers. There was a lady I did business with $CallieFayneJones and she scammed me out of $400. She has a business and I ordered 40 masks from her at $10 each and she sent the masks and many of them ripped the first day of wear and she didn’t put the filter in all of them. I had given the masks out to members of my sorority so I had to drive around and collect them to send back to her is what she said. Well it’s almost three weeks later and we have no new masks. Cash App is responsible because they should have a better system set up to track down and eliminate scammers like this. I’m trying to find a way to get my money back. I don’t like cash app, I will continue to use PayPal who has an excellent system in place.

Before I begin, 40 masks for $400 is a ripoff! — Now, I attached a screenshot from Cash App’s terms that you agreed to upon opening your account with Cash App. Concerning scams & fraud is number 9 and titled: #9. Risk of Fraudulent Transactions You basically agreed that there will be times while using this payment processing service, you might lose funds from fraudulent transactions — and you’ll be granted no refunds.
