My complaint:
They closed my cash app account right before the whole pandemic started. There was about 2000 dollars invested in the cash app stock market there and the account is suspended permanently. I have emailed them several times over and over again with no response. And when I do get a response they send the same email word for word about an unauthorized transaction and they don’t even tell me which transaction it is. I keep sending emails asking what transaction caused this and how I can get my money back with no answer. Their customer service is terrible.
Suggested solution:
They should start be actually at least telling me what caused my account to close. And tell me if there’s anyway to get it or at least my money back.
