My complaint:
So I’ve been a member with you guys for years about 6 or 7years maybe
And oh, how you all have changed as a company it’s almost disgusting repulsive actually because you guys used to be amazing which leads me into my next issue so about 23 weeks ago I applied for a job that I’m qualified for as I have done collections in the past, and I was very good at it. I worked for alliance Data for three years and the other reason I resigned was due to the fact that I was trying so hard to move up and I had no growth opportunity..
Due to the fact that I haven’t had some pleasant conversations with some of the agents within your company currently but if you guys used something called empathy when it comes to outstanding bill payers. Losing a partner spouse is one of the hardest things that you’ll ever go through and I hope you don’t ever have to do that in your lifetime because it’s the worst stand trying to adapt and manage everything alone unexpectedly with no help really with my bills it can get tough, so I feel like you guys are judging me and basing your decision off of our interaction of a stressful situation but at the same time I’m not the person that’s at work, are you still believed in you guys that’s why I played I thought it would be a good fit you know because when you get good employees they start speaking their mind. Good bad, constructive criticism but at the same time I know that the person that’s in charge of doing the selection for the jobs is immediately denying them once he seems or she sees my name which is unacceptable because I am overly qualified for the positions that I have applied for and I need somebody to look into this cause that’s not OK , you would think that me being a member for so long and going through life sport crap you would be able to have an understanding or some empathy or sympathy or some some kind of emotion but that’s dead and gone from Canvas apparently and then the second time I played the other day. I think it was two days ago I got in denial the next day after I applied like.
