My complaint:
The weight mounted on the front of the washing machine outer drum Bush wmdfx814w has completely ripped off causing the water to flood our laundry room. The outer drum is made of plastic and the bolts holding the weight (concrete block) have not unscrewed but torn away leaving a great hole. Normally this drum is made of stainless steel and would have the strength but plastic is just not up to the job. The machine worked perfectly and looks new inside otherwise. This is done for cheapness and is a poor modification.
Suggested solution:
The machine so badly modified I feel I deserve a replacement or some compensation. My last machine lasted 23 years with five children, not a miserable 4 years.
