My complaint:

This was the first and last time that I’ll visit this fast-food restaurant. Today between 4:00p.m.-5:00p.m. I was in the drive-thru of the aforementioned fast food restaurant. My son who has Autism, but is a high-functional wanted to make his order. First, the employee claimed that he could not hear my son, then when I decide to order for him, I told the employee that I had a coupon. The employee told me arrogantly and yelling at me that, what was the code?
When did I ask him why he yelled at me? he asked me again for the code, and then I tell him the coupon code. He rudely spoke to me telling me what was the code again?
Finally, when I went to the counter and paid for the order, I told him that he should learn how to treat customers, which was disrespectful to yell at customers and talk to them with that rudeness as he did.

Still, my son thanks him for receiving the food, and the employee removed his face mask and told me that I didn’t have to tell him how to do his job. I tell him that if he does not know how to treat clients with respect, then I should learn because if I treat him with respect, why he did not do the same. At that moment he started to get aggressive and I decided to leave to avoid any discomfort to my son due to his special need as Autism is. Is a shame how the employees treat the customers without any type of respect or just simply do not know how to deal with a customer. I hope that the Burger King headquarters find a way to train the employees on how to treat the customer with respect and professionalism. Worst ever restaurant experience.

Suggested solution:

Train the employee how to treat the customer with respect and professionalism. Should reprimand the employee also, because at the end is the brand name that get the bad review.
