Burger King complaint: Manager with Very Aggressive Attitude

My complaint:

The incident happened on Sunday April 30, 2023 around 21:50 when I asked for an order from one of the employees who was a lady. She accepted my order and she was about to start to serve me. Suddenly, there was a man who looked fat and carrying a small black bag in his right hand from my back talking to me in English and neither in proper nor in a professional way was saying that time is over and you can’t be served. He looked to me as one of the customers. When I politely asked him may I know who you are, he said in a loud tone that he is the branch’s manager. I then asked him if he had any proof of that such as an ID or any related thing, he didn’t show any. He then said not properly again that he interfered because the lady doesn’t speak English. I then tried politely to explain to him that he would start with introducing himself in more polite and professional way than what he did and I tried to put respectfully and politely my left hand on his shoulder but he said loudly “Don’t touch me”. Then he said you are not allowed to teach me, and started shouting by saying that my speech to him was rubbish and rude because I was hungry as he claimed. At this moment, he caught the attention of all other customers gathered in front of the restaurant’s order counter. When I refused the bad words he used against me, he started approaching me and trying to push me. At this moment, some customers interfered and tried to take him away of me. Then he was shouting that he was going to complain me to the Mall’s security while some customers were calming him down. After that, he persistently tried to avoid customers and rushed towards me to physically assault me, but thank God the customers prevented him from doing so. At the time, I listened to some customers to leave the site, and that was what I did in order to ward off bad consequences.
My family and I are regular customers of Burger King and we know how keen you are to hire the right staff. This employee, in my opinion and the opinion of all the customers who gathered from all the restaurants in the food court during the incident, gave a very bad image of an aggressive, non-peaceful employee who lacks diplomacy, mistreatment, and can hurt customers psychologically and physically.
Accordingly, I demand my moral and personal right towards this ferocious employee. I trust in your justice, and I do not think at the moment that I need to escalate the matter to the local City Security Authorities, and I await your response regarding the deterrent measure towards this brutal employee.
Unfortunately, the situation did not allow me to document what happened via video or pictures due to the enormity of your employee’s reaction. You can return to the camera system if it is available at your branch. Thanks for your kind understanding.
