My complaint:
I purchased an item from an Ebay vendor. The item didn’t fit. I feel the item description waswrong. After a couple weeks and numerous contacts with the vendor I finally returned the item. I received a partial refund, about one-half the purchase price, and tried to file a complaint with Ebay. The on-line complaint procedure is a nightmare to use. Ebay is not buyer friendly. NY PLATFORMNY PLATFORMAfter several failed attempts to get Ebay to intervene I gave up. From now on I’ll order from Walmart.
