My complaint:

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality and service of my PX Bluetooth headphones. Despite being a loyal customer, I am facing a frustrating situation. My headphones seem to be broken, and when I reached out to the Taiwan distributor, I was shocked to learn that they are refusing to take responsibility for repairing items purchased outside of Taiwan. This is completely unacceptable.

I purchased my headphones from a duty-free shop, and now I am being told that they won’t even consider repairing them. Additionally, I was informed that the parts needed to fix the Bluetooth have been discontinued, leaving me with no options for repair. This is simply unacceptable for a product that should have provided reliable performance.

I must emphasize that this rejection of service solely based on the purchase location is unfair and unjust. As a valued customer, I expect better treatment and support for a product that is supposed to be of high quality. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of assistance and the indifferent attitude from your distributor.

I have taken great care of these headphones and can provide evidence, such as the original box and serial numbers, to prove their authenticity and my genuine ownership. I urge you to take this matter seriously and find a satisfactory solution to repair or replace my headphones ly.

I hope that you understand my frustration and take swift action to resolve this matter. As a long-time customer, I believe I deserve better treatment and support. I eagerly await your response and a resolution to this issue.
