My complaint:
We are a startup, and every penny counts: we wished to upgrade our business email and found positive reviews, so we decided to try Bluehost. Unfortunately, a nightmare started: we asked for email only, but we could not, so we were dragged into a hosting plan that was not needed. After 48h, we contacted them by chat and customer service and asked them to cancel the whole email and to host and give us money back. We were ensured it was done, so we patiently waited for the refund. It never came for 3 WEEKS, so we chatted again and discovered they still needed to process. In addition, the email in Google Workplace was refunded pro-rate only, so we paid for a service we NEVER received. WE LOST! SHOCKING!
Suggested solution:
Customers have statutory rights, and customer service should know. HONESTY and FULL REFUND!
