Bluehost complaint: Avoid Bluehost!!!!!!!

My complaint:

We moved all our domains, hosting and emails to Bluehost just over a month ago and what a mistake!

For the first 4 weeks, we had problems and mistakes at every step of the way. But eventually after hours on the chat managed to fix the issues and get the emails and site working. I thought maybe this was it, it was just the difficulties to move to a new company after over 10 years at godaddy but…..

then for no reason Bluehost changed all the DNS coordinates of my site. Thankfully noticed quickly and they sorted it out.

Then a week ago for no reason all our services went down. Emails, web site and Account login. I have now spend just over 7 days every day on their chat or on the phone with customer support for HOURS every day, always being placated that I was transferred to the ^senior team, then with highest priority then critical but with absolutely no communication and feedback from bluehost. ref S-2555751
I think that senior team does not exist as they have never got in touch!

Every day I was told with 100% certainty that my services would be sorted within 24-48h then 8h then again 24h then again multiple 4-8h but with no results, no communication. and then one time we even got our hopes up when they said it will be sorted in the next 3h!!! Now 168h later still waiting

Then suddenly I have been told 5 days into this that they decided I was a fraud risk and had with no warning, email and explanation cancelled all my services! I could not get any information.
I am trying desperately to access my account and get the transfer codes to go elsewhere but once again I am being told my case with the senior admin team and to just wait 24-48h, then up to 8h and again nothing is working!

Every time I go on the chat or phone to get an update on my case, this takes minimum 1h to go around to get the person to look at my notes, ask their ¨manager¨or senior team, etc… endlessly put on hold to basically be told my case has been upgraded to a even higher priority.

Obviously no one has emailed that promised email to get this sorted nor have they ever contacted me.

Obviously this has severely damaged my business. Clients can’t send me emails. They get a message back saying their emails couldn’t be delivered, and my site has been down for a week. The only person affected is me and my business.

I chose bluehost because it read so many glowing reviews which have now transpired to be mainly fake and commission related.

Please don’t make the same mistake and take your business elsewhere!

Suggested solution:

I just need the be able to log in and to get my transfer codes for my 4 domains so I can go elsewhere
