My complaint:

Delivery – lately we have had several late deliveries of not arriving on the day it’s supposed to. It’s very frustrating because I haven’t shopped for food – depending on the delivery. That’s what the service is supposed to be about! One delivery arrived 3 days lateThey need to resolve
this problem

Suggested solution:

Get a better delivery option!
