My complaint:
One year ago I ordered 10 BITMAIN ANTMINER L7 machines from the BITMAIN website. I wired funds to BITMAIN to pay for my order. As I understand it, the funds did not arrive in time to secure the order and so the order was canceled by BITMAIN. I attempted to re-order the machines but they were sold out. I asked BITMAIN to return the money but they have not done so. I would very much appreciate the balance of my account returned.
Suggested solution:
Return the funds I wired. I am willing to take the USD equivalent in either USDT or BTC if necessary.
