My complaint:

I met the requirements of games won, and the amount won was $500.00. I reached the requirement on April 10, 2022. When I clicked on submit, it told me my winnings would be paid in seven days, which would have been April 17, 2022. When I submitted that, it said it that 9100 players were in front of me. The count went down fairly quickly until it reached 1800. Since then it’s been going exceeding slow. It goes down about seven per hour.

I have emailed them twice, with no response. At the rate it’s going I will get my money in about 28 more days, if at all.
I would appreciate any help you can give me on this matter.
