My complaint:
recently, i wanted to buy crypto, but realized the debit card cannot make transaction but they still took the money from my debit card! I’ve totally tried 8 times in different days, realizing that 500 ntd is gone from my bank account! But i really don’t know which Transaction ID would be the proof, so i would just type those 8 I.D in here!

Please kindly check which transaction I.D went wrong because it did eat away my money without a success transaction!
Suggested solution:
I would like for a return of money, because money is money, doesn't depend if it is small amount or not! I would want a return of money to my bank account, or transfer the money to my binance account! If you guys have any further decision, please let me know!
