My complaint:
Unable to get id verified. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve tried. I’ve used both my phone and my laptop. I have used many different photos, taken inside, outside as I thought lighting wasn’t right, hair up, hair down, with make up, without make..I look a little different from my passport photo. I upload photo and passport, the app says verification successful, then later on, I get an email saying verification failed. This is very time consuming and is losing me approx £20.00 a day because I can’t invest my money. It is very annoying and frustrating. I emailed support, I can’t remember exactly what they said and can’t find the email right now…from memory it was something about having multiple verifications or accounts..anyway it didn’t resolve it for me.
Suggested solution:
Phone me and tell me exactly what I need to do to resolve this, or even better if you could resolve this for me and compensate me for loss of earnings and my time.
