My complaint:
On p2p trading platform, i had bought Aud against USDT. I got the payment but from different name. I thought that would be normal as company could be sending you money from different account name. The next day, the payer complain that he didnt receive the product and claimed all his money back through paypal. I was saving money since 2 month and cooking at house just to save couple of dollars a week and all gone in a minute. I tried every mean to save every single dollar, used to walk 20 min to super market to save fuel price. The pain is heavy, and not easy to forget.
Suggested solution:
You should clearly warn people in the chat that dont accept the money from different name.
