My complaint:

I created an account with Binance Australia on the 18012021 and traded on the platform. Now the account requires that I compete the verification of my document either the passport or driving license. Both these documents fail.
I submitted through the web page request to the customer service to look into my account numerous time since 18012021.They request my phone number. No one gets back to me. instead I get this message “Thank you for submitting your request.
Based on your choice, our system has automatically generated the most relevant solution for your issue. If this auto-reply does not accomplish your requirements, please explain to us in detail about your issue or provide us with a screenshot. One of our customer representatives will get in touch with you as soon as possible.”
I have provided the screen shots through email and through their web page. Requested customer support to call me and I did not get any response. There is no phone number for customer service.
I am able to login but it does not help me to trade on the account if I cannot verify my documents.
Either Binance fix my account or reimburse my money as shown on the account Dashboard.
