My complaint:

Binance locked my withdrawal due to risk control. They requested the necessary documents to open my withdrawal. I submitted all the requested documents included a video of my face and my passport and all of my account activity. I worked with a customer service representative through their online chat who approved the video after I had reshot the video about 10 times. Spent all day to make the video just Right just the way the customer service wanted it to be. After hours and hours of shooting the video the customer service representative finally approved the video and proceeded to transfer me to another department to enable my withdrawal. At that point the chat died and nobody responded anymore. I have verified my account at least three times in during the one year I was with binance included was facial recognition software on my mobile phone. I’ve spent countless hours chatting with the reps about enabling my withdrawal and I proceeded to resubmit the verification documents multiple times over a period of about 6 months.

Suggested solution:

Enable my withdrawal so I can leave and go trade somewhere else
