My complaint:

Hello, I filed the paperwork for a warranty refund due to a total loss in May. I am still waiting on the check. This is around $2,000. I have gone down there and was ignored. I sat there for an hour before they said nobody was there to talk to.

I have called a dozen times, left several emails, and have now posted on all social media outlets for help. Jesse blames the office and the office blames Jesse. My last call I got transferred 4 times then sent to a voicemail. I have been very patient and received nothing but disrespect.

I had my accident May 3, 2021 and filed the paperwork within 2 weeks. This is absolutely unprofessional and just rude.

Suggested solution:

They need to give me my warranty refund reflected from May. ASAP.
