Berkshire Hathaway complaint: Berkshire Hathaway GEICO deliberate delay in payment of claim

My complaint:

1. Initial complaint was – Adjuster is refusing to pay claim. He has all information and his latest delay is to send the check to the shop that I already paid. 1. he had the full amount estimate from the start. 2. he issued a check for a lower amount 3. then he said he had to verify the information he already had. 4. then having verified he then issued a check to the shop I had already paid. 5. Now geico is refusing to pay me because their guy sent the money to the wrong place.

They can clear this up with one phone call to the shop who will verify that I paid in full. Since I did I am due the full amount less my deductable. The check they sent is one third. And I have called and emailed 10 times with no return communication.
2. Current complaint is, so called customer service claims today, Nov 19, the our check was mailed on Nov 4. That is two weeks, 10 business days. The post office does not offer slow donkey service, so this company is lying. They will not show a USPS receipt, only an internal memo, meaning it is BS. I still do not have my check for $900-$1000.
3. I have filed a complaint with the state insurance commission. I am hoping this complaint elevates out of GEICO and goes to executives in Berkshire Hathaway. A portion of their business ethics policy is quoted below – GEICO is way out of compliance with this customer. 3. Fair Dealing. Covered Parties shall behave honestly and ethically at all times and with all people. They shall act in good faith, with due care, and shall engage only in fair and open competition, by treating ethically competitors, suppliers, customers, and colleagues…. No Covered Party should take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts, or any other unfair practice…. They are not dealing ethically – they know they have messed up, the continue messing up and I am to be the one paying the price of their so far endless delay. They misrepresent material facts – they cannot and will not show time stamp from USPS at both ends that says indeed this is being deliver by slow donkey. They offer up their internal memos – pointless lies. They have taken unfair advantage of this customer from the start – this should have been complete in Oct – this is playing the float and delay. I want to know if you are going to do anything to hold them accountable – at this point either fed ex me a check or hand deliver within 3 biz days (by EOB Nov 23) Geico claim is 0512923760101029
