My complaint:
Took my suv in to check a noise in the front end and was told if they replaced the control arm it would take care of 95 to 97 % of the problem. then they gave me a list of other things to fix. which i understand about getting all the money they can its a business . and the car is a 2006 anyway i said just fix the control arm and bushing if that`ll take the annoying sound go away. they did the repair and the annoying sound is still there. i challenged him and he said he didn`t say that. i said you`re lying. after about 30 minutes of bickering i left. i paid $491.55 and the sound is still there.
Suggested solution:
step up and say you made a mistake and give me my money back.
