My complaint:
On Thursday the 24th last week I went into EB Games to Layby one Mini Games Space Invaders, and I asked about getting another Mini game in to Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition, the girl serving told me she will check other stores and found it at Lake Heaven, the girl said she would Call me back to let me know what was happening.
But never did, So I went back in-store on Saturday 26th to ask about my other Mini game, the girl Rebeca said she will talk to the girl that was Serving me on Thursday and get her to call me back.
Same thing again No call back in regard to my Second Mini game Street Fighter 2. Why are these girls working in this Store if they (CAN’T) do their Job Correctly???
I am Really Angry about them with Bad Customer Service. I used to Management in Supermarkets, Night Clubs ETC…. You always Treat you Customers with Respect, Honesty Value. I Hope to hear a Reply from Head Office about these 2 girls working at EB Games Bateau Bay store.

Look, it is Import to take NOTICE of Customers request ok.
It is NOT that difficult to Check about an item and tell the Customer it will be arriving in-store to Buy, and I don\'t have a Car to go all over the place to try and find the game I am looking for OK.
If these girls CAN\'T do this Job, WHY are they working there???
I Don\'t want to talk to the girls as they are NOT Mature and Lack Understanding EB\'s Customers Questions.
