Battery World complaint: Insufficient information regarding batteries purchased

My complaint:

Hi, I spent over $1000 at the Gawler store on two brand new batteries for my bus and subsequently had them fitted at the caravan park where I was staying, once they were fitted the lad packed up and left , at no time did he mention anything to me about charging the batteries regularly, I just assumed that they would perform in the same way the previous two batteries in the bus had before they died. . So I started the bus and drove 25 minutes to the caravan park in bolivar S.A where we are currently residing recently we were asked to move and when I tried to start the bus, the batteries were dead! And would not take a charge.. so I called battery world Gawler and at first they were not very helpful then they suggested that I take the batteries to the parafield store which happened to be closer so I did and the person I spoke with there was nothing short of rude, smug and extremely unpleasant to speak with..I asked if someone was able to jump start me perhaps he said to me that there is nothing that he could do not even lend me a battery to jump start the bus so it could be moved.as it was Saturday . he certainly was not helpful nor did he offer any kind of solution or assistance. As far as I was aware customer service is just that “customer service”!! I was very disappointed and left in the lurch by both stores. They did actually tell me when I purchased the batteries that if I had any issues to contact them for assistance. I really do think that both of these stores are doing the battery world name a great disservice and I can assure you that in general conversations with other customers I am not the only one left with a bad taste in their mouth from the abrupt and dismissive manner in which I was treated. I have bought several sets of very expensive batteries from battery world in the last 12 months and I certainly won’t be going back to battery world again for any of my battery needs in future. Because of these individuals who are making your stores look like rude stuck up (we’re better than you ) type vendors. I was just in disbelief that’s all. Disappointed is an understatement.
