My complaint:
We flew with Ryanair on 5th January from Stansted to Murcia right at the last moment they changed the rules to charge for the privilege of taking a small case on board which we had no notification of as where we were in England had no internet so as we went to board they wouldn’t let us board without charging us for the privilege of doing this. As we got on board the stewards on board took our cases off of us and said they would see if they could find somewhere to put them our seats were right at the back of the plane and they walked up to the front of the plane and our cases were put in spaces on about the 3rd row from the front bearing in mind we had paid for our seats so there shouldn’t have been a problem with them going near where we were sitting. When they came round with the trolley to see if we wanted anything to eat or drink we asked for 2 tubs of pringles which was ok but when we asked for 2 brandys 3 times we were given whisky and the stewards didn’t seem to know what they were doing it seemed to be it was as if they were trainees who didn’t have a clue what they were doing trust me we wont be flying Ryanair again
Suggested solution:
train your people so they know what their doing
