My complaint:
Lodged a 2500$ withdrawl on the 8th of March . I contacted live support after 10 working days, (reply) we will put U on top of list and contact management. I have gotten that same reply for the last 5 days . I have received winnings before without a problem . I have given this casino alot of money in the past now it is only fair they pay up on a ligitment win. Thank you.

Pay the full amount owing to the AWSpencer account. Imidiatlly.
