My complaint:
Still waiting on 8,000 since last year September. Everytime I made enquires to the customer service I was told that my withdrawals were still pending and that they will send a request through. It has been almost a year and I am still waiting. But I believe they have shut down now
Suggested solution:
They should do what's right and pay me what belongs to mr
