My complaint:
Hi there I won 30k and made withdrawal request on the 4th of August all in $2500 requests there was a 30k max withdrawal on the coupon I used, I received my first 2 approved request totaling $4360 on the 11th of August, than I received the next 2 approved requests on the 19th totaling $4960 it’s now the 2nd of September and nothing has been approved and now they have taken my vip5 status away from me even though I did deposit around $800 in August 🤷 so now I think they will only do $2500 a week even though I was vip5 when I submitted the withdrawal requests.
It’s now the 7th of September still no progress I’ve been on live chat a couple of times each time they have told me they have forwarded a escalation request for withdrawals.
Still no sign of the 20k
