My complaint:
I have made multiple withdrawal requests. The first denials were warranted because I had a joint account nominated (against their rules), and it was a savings account (against casino rules). I set up an ING transaction account in my name, ensuring acceptance of wire transfers, and made another withdrawal request. This was then denied, with no explanation or advice. I started making multiple enquiries over a 2-3 month period requesting why my requests were being denied, however I have been ignored totally with no response, let alone an explanation of ‘how to’ or ‘why not’.
Suggested solution:
I'm sure I have followed all their rules for withdrawal, however I need to know WHY my requests continue to be denied.
Deposits are easy. withdrawals are impossible
