My complaint:

11/14 – inotial appointment. Did impressions and x-rays. 11/16 – got called back to do impressions again. 1st ones didn’t take. Was also told at this visit sedation would cost $2,000 out of pocket. They sent in the wrong billing codes. They will call in valum. 11/20 – 4pm teeth getting pulled and dentures today. They took him late and said his blood pressure was too high. He walked out about 5:40ish. And was told to come back tomorrow at 7:30am and they will call in another valum. THEY DIDNT CALL IT IN. 11/21 they take him back at 7:25am. He got 22 teeth pulled. He walked out about 10:30am with blood coming out of his mouth, down his chin, his dentures were hanging half out, very swollen. The dentures were the wrong size. They were too big. No aftercare instructions, no container for the dentures. The ride home was like a horror movie. It looked like someone stabbed him in his mouth. Blood down his shirt, in the car, it was pouring out. I called immediately to ask for help. They said bite down on gauze for 45min. We had no supplies. Side note, I asked 3 times for instructions and they would say, he’ll get that information when he leaves. They called about 6pm to say they would call in pain meds and an antibiotic. THEY DID NOT, AGAIN!!!!! We had to call in the morning. They said they called the wrong pharmacy. The dentures still don’t fit, they pop out of his mouth, scrap his gums, cut the roof of his mouth. Aspen said well he has a follow up. 12/4 – follow up. Staff was nice, apologetic, they said how bad they felt for him. The impression lady noticed right away they were too big, not the right ones. She grinded them so they were smooth, put a cushion in them. Felt better, was doing good, however, there was a gap that needed to be fixed. Come back tomorrow. 12/5 @ 4:30pm. Surgeon lady is back. Takes the dentures, says they are wrong. Takes the cushion off, starts grinding them. The exposed bone had soft tissue starting to cover it to heal. She scrapped that off and poked at his gums. She actually said, these are trash, don’t wear them. He walked out with a bloody mouth again. Now we have to wait 3 weeks, 12/26, to get new impressions…again. He can only eat very soft or mushy food. He is a store manager. He deals with customers, accounts, owners, regional and district managers daily. He is in pain all day. He’s having anxiety just thinking about this next appointment. He’s in tears. I have been calling corporate everyday. All they say is they will escalate a ticket for the regional manager and he has 24hrs to get back to us. We still have no call back. We have been hung up on, transferred, no one is responding. We got a bill today 12/7 for an extra $939.20 that we have to pay. For what?? They got $800 of our own money. We had to finance $1000. Plus they got insurance money. We have nothing but a bill.

Suggested solution:

We want our $800 back. Wipe out our $1000 to zero and give the insurance their money back.
