My complaint:
I had to cancel my trip for health reasons. I have been trying since August28 th.to get a refund. I call and no answer. This is unfair.
Suggested solution:
Send a wire transfer as was promised in previous emails.

7 months ago - My trip was to KTM for October 29 . Leaving from Dallas DFW airport. I have signed all documents, and returned to ASAP tickets. I don't have $1243.34 to give away. I purchased the ticket in good faith. I expect to get treated in the same manner.
TIcket agency is supposed to return the refund amount if anyone cancels the flight on time.
