Complaint: They did not return and process back our refund, shame on ASAP TICKETS!

My complaint:

We purchased our tickets at ASAP tickets company through online agent for our flight for JUNE 26,2020 from los Angeles california going back to Manila connecting flight Tokyo Narita Japan via United Airlines. When we arrived at the airport at los Angeles International Airport, upon check in oir baggage the lady in the counter inform us that the flight was cancelled and they did not allow us to board the plane. She advised us to call our agent ASAP tickets for refund. When we call the ASAP tickets agent, the agent said they will contact the airline to process our refund. They email me that the refund will be back after 30-60 days. Then after 3 months, Ill tried to contact them again. And here again another agent entertain my call. He said to contact directly United airlines for our refund. When we contact the airlines regarding this, the airline replied us that the agent ASAP tickets should process our refund because the fare is highly restricted fare and they usually buy bulkfares. I try again to send email to ASAP tickets, but there was no answer until now.
