My complaint:
I have a ticket on United Airlines to fly to Europe in Sept. ASAP, whom I bought the ticket from wants to charge me $300 to cancel. I called United and they said my ticket is eligible for cancellation with no penalty. I have had many phone calls to ASAP and several Agents, but they keep saying I have to pay and give me all kinds of bogus reasons including that United is charging them. Can you help me out with this.
I have asked for a Supervisor to call me and so far nothing. United said they need to call them and get correct info on their cancellation policy.
Suggested solution:
Refund the total amount I paid for the ticket.
