ASAP Tickets complaint: Needing refund for 2 round trip tickets to Phillippines.

My complaint:

I purchased 2 tickets for my son and I to fly to the Phillippines in the summer of 2020. Due to COVID we were not able to go on our trip. I didn’t hear or received anything from ASAP about what I need to do. I assumed that there was really nothing that anybody can do until COVID was over so when I heard that flights were now able to go to the Phillippines I called ASAP to schedule our flights and I was told that it had been to long and Japan Airlines have denied rescheduling our flights. I went back and forth with them over over 2 years then I get an email from them stating that they approved my refund but have not release the money so it could be refunded back to me. That’s been over a year ago and they keep telling that they are still waiting for Japan Airlines to release the money to them so it could be refunded to me. I’ve asked for telephone numbers that I could call for me to talk to somebody else at Japan Airlines so I can find out what is taking so long for me to get my money but ASAP has not offered me any number that I could call all they keep telling me is that they have to wait til they receive an email about regarding releasing the money so they can refund it to me. My name is Maria Monroe and my son’s name is Kristopher David Drinkard and our reservation number is KS30N6. They no longer can give information regarding our tickets because it’s been to long. Please get a hold of me and let me know if you can help me get my money back as soon as possible. I’ve waited almost 4 years to get my refund. Thank you for your time.
