ASAP Tickets complaint: Lied to and cheated refused to refund and I purchase insurance

My complaint:

I purchased my tickets and insurance for the tickets told if anything went wrong I may refund or reschedule I arrived at the airport and after asaps full instructions on my flight including haven taken my swab test I was told i would have to redo I went to pay 175 dollars and returned to be told the flight wouldn’t except my ticket number I was to call ASAP and fix it I called and was given the run around I was told I would have to a week and come back for the flight I purchase round trip and spent 1700 dollars plus 250 dollars for insurance and I continue to call and ask for a supervisor and was given the run around passing me back and forth to customer service and agents and being told I have to repurchase new tickets I slept in the airport and it was 3 days till they had a flight for me and I pay for another ticket round trip they refused to answer my phone call even hanging up on me I had to repurchase my return trip from the airport myself costing me additional 980 dollars they refused to refund my money and talk to me in addition I had to pay another swab test at the airport 175 dollars

Suggested solution:

I feel like getting back some of my money and cost of the hotel two days and the swab test I took 2 times because I was already done and ready to go. Also I pay 250 dollars insurance that did nothing for me 980 return flight and additional cost on the second ticket I had to purchase threw them.
